During a Reiki session, you may sit or lie fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table while the practitioner places her hands on or above the energy centers of your body, as well as any area that is causing you pain or discomfort. As you breathe and relax, your body naturally allows the energy to flow where it is most needed. Most people report deep feelings of well-being and relaxation during and following a Reiki session. You may also experience feelings of tingling, pulsing, and warmth as the energy flows through your body.
